About the Conference

A Day to Strengthen Shepherds

Ministry in any context is costly. Ministry in hard soil demands a steady, durable confidence in Christ and in His Word. The We Believe Conference is a small, focused gathering aimed at encouraging pastors and ministry leaders through rich, careful, and worshipful teaching.

Each year we gather for an encouraging day of sound doctrinal teaching, congregational singing, prayer, and fellowship.

In 2026, we are turning our attention to Christology. We will consider who Jesus is according to Scripture and why a clear confession of Christ is essential for preaching, pastoring, and perseverance.

Fellowship is a main focus of the conference. We intentionally plan a long lunch and generous gaps in the day so that you can meet fellow ministers of the gospel and encourage one another.

2026 Theme

Christology

Focus

The Glory of Christ

Every doctrine in the Christian faith bends back, in one way or another, to the Lord Jesus Christ. Our worship, our preaching, our counseling, and our mission all depend on a clear, biblical confession of who He is and what He has accomplished.

Across multiple sessions, Dr. Stephen Wellum will help us think carefully and devotionally about the glory of Christ and the riches of biblical Christology.

For Pastors and More

Our aim in this conference is to strengthen and encourage those who serve Christ and His church. Expect teaching that is doctrinally robust, pastorally sensitive, and tethered to the local church.

  • Deepen your confidence in the Lord Jesus Christ.
  • See how Christology shapes preaching and ministry.
  • Enjoy unhurried fellowship with others who love Christ.
  • Return to your church better equipped to feed the flock of God.
